Kamala Piriyeva was born in Baku. She studied at the Faculty of Television Directing at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (2007-2011). In 2007, she began her career at Azad Azerbaijan Television. She hosted many programs and directed the programs "Our Unknown Acquaintances" and "Our Secret". She performed one of the main roles (Angel) in the play "Destroyed Diaries" at the Azerbaijan State Theater for Young Spectators. She currently continues her hosting activities.
