Islam Mehraliyev was born in Baku.

He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts as a variety actor (2005-2009, class of Ramiz Azizbeyli).

He performed in Afsar Javanshirov's "Banovsha" children's choir under the Azerbaijan State Television and Radio (1997). He was a host and actor of several television programs.

He starred in the Turkish film "Misunderstanding" (2017, directed by Ulaş Cihan Şimşek).
