Ilham Babayev was born in Baku.
For a while, he worked as a filming technician at the “Azerbaijanfilm” film studio (2005-2019), and as a photographer at “Agricultural Procurement and Equipment” OJSC (2019-2021).
He is currently a photo correspondent for the “Azerbaijan” newspaper.
