Ilaha Safarova was born in Baku.
She studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (2015-2019).
In 2011, she was accepted into the studio under the Sumgayit State Drama Theater. Since 2014, she has been working as an actress at the Sumgayit State Drama Theater.
