Gulnar Hatamova was born in Baku.
She studied at the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University and Istanbul University (2024).
She worked at the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture (2009-2010), at Khazar Television (2010-2021).
Since 2025, she has been an employee of the Azerbaijan State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater.
