Firuza Balayeva was born in Baku.

She studied at the Faculty of Culturology and Artistic Creativity of the Baku Cultural and Educational Technical School (1997-2000), and the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art, specializing in Theater Director (2010-2015).

She was an actress at the Young Spectators Theater (2004-2008).

Since 2008, she has been working as an assistant director in films. She worked as an assistant director at the “Ibrus” Theater (2009-2010).

Since 2016, she has been an actress at the Azerbaijan State Academic National Drama Theater.

She is an actress in the “Komedikhana” program broadcast on Khazar TV.
