Firudin Baghiroghlu (Firudin Huseynov) was born in Baku.

He studied at the Leningrad Institute of Cinema and Television (1976), and at the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography's Sound Director Course (1981).

He worked at the "Azerbaijanfilm" film studio (1976-1985) and at Azerbaijan Television (1985-2015). For a while, he was the head of the television's sound department.

Firudin Baghiroghlu died in 2015.
