Fatai Huseynov (Fatai Ruzgar) was born in Tovuz. He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (2011-2015) and the Baku Film Institute (2013). He has collaborated with DC Film (2011), Azerbaijanfilm (2012), Oscar Production (2013-2014), NN Film (2015-2017), Khazar TV (2018-2019) and “Buta Film” (2019).
