Faila Nabiyeva was born in Georgia.

She studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art, Faculty of Art History, Department of Literary Creativity and Screen Dramaturgy (2007-2011).

In 2011, she started working as a screenwriter at Khazar TV.

She currently works as a freelancer.

Screenwriter Faila Nabiyeva is the wife of director, screenwriter, producer Valeh Ahmadov.
