Etibar Babayev was born in Baku.
He worked for a long time on Azerbaijani television. He was the creator and director of the “Kinoklub” television project. He supervised many film projects produced on television. He was the artistic director of Azerbaijan Television (2018), editor-in-chief of the Cinema Programs and Dubbing Editorial Office (2019-2020).
Honored Artist Etibar Babayev passed away in 2020.
Director Etibar Babayev is the brother of cameraman Bakhtiyar Babayev.
