Emil Musayev was born in Baku.

He studied computer technologies at the Azerbaijan Technical University (2007-2011).

He was an actor of the Planet Parni iz Baku KVN Theater. He is the author and director of the ideas of the "Zarafat Zarafata" and "Zarafat+" projects.

He currently collaborates with Public Television.

He participated in the Patriotic War.
