Emil Ali was born in Goranboy.

He studied Radio, TV and Cinema at Uşak University in Turkey.

He has directed and produced many social videos and commercials.

He was the cinematographer of the Turkish-made feature film “Hijab” (2016), the documentary films “Emre” (2016), “Külle” (2016), “Başqa günlüğünler” (2018), “Yaşayan muzey: Kula” (2018), and the second director of the film “Saye” (2016).

The documentary film “Adam” has participated in more than 10 international festivals and has won numerous awards, including “Best Documentary”.

He is the founder and director of Navis Film Studio.
