Elsevar Jamal (Elsevar Mehdizadeh) was born in Baku.

He studied at the Faculty of Transport of the Azerbaijan Technical University (2008-2012).

While a student, he played in the University's Club of Cheerful and Quick-witted People (KVN).

He worked at ATV (2010-2012), Khazar Television (2012).

He starred in the film “The Bra” (2018, directed by Veit Halmer), made by German filmmakers.
