Elshad Rahimov was born in Baku. He worked at AzTV (1994-1999), ABA TV (1999-2001), Rast production (2001-2002), Space TV (2002-2005), A.S.V.A Profi studio (2005-2007), Bizim Kino Producer Center (2007-2009) and Azerbaijanfilm film studio. He teaches at Baku Vocational School No. 5. He is an Honored Worker of Culture (2016).
