Eldar Israfilov was born in Baku. He studied directing at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (2001-2005). He worked as an actor at the Yugh Theater. He taught makeup at Baku Vocational School No. 5.
Makeup artist Eldar Israfilov is the son of actor Farhad Israfilov.
