Elchin Muradov was born in Baku.

He studied at the Faculty of Acting of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (2006-2010).

He worked as a correspondent and presenter on Azerbaijan Television (2006-2009) and ARB TV (2009), as a dubbing artist on ANS Television (2009-2011), and as an actor at the Baku Municipal Theater (2012-2016).
