Elay Khasiyev was born in Baku.
He studied acting at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art.
He works at the Azerbaijan State Sumgayit State Drama Theater.
He is a singer. Together with his brother Samad Khasiyev, he performs in a group called “Bico”. The brothers were participants in the “People's Star” project.
Singer Elay Khasiyev is the son of actor Nadir Khasiyev.
