Dilara Quliyeva

Dilara Guliyeva (Dilara Rustam) was born in Sumgayit.

She studied at the Faculty of Journalism of Baku State University.

She worked in the "Azerbaijan" editorial office of Lider TV (2004-2006), in various newspapers and magazines, and on the radio. She has been an employee of Azerbaijan TV since 2006. She was the project manager and scriptwriter of many projects and portrait programs. She has published books. She is a UN laureate
