Dadash Kazimov was born in Baku.

He studied at the Vocal Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Conservatory for three years (1949-1951).

He worked at the Azerbaijan State Musical Comedy Theater (1957-1992). He began his dubbing activities in 1958 and was closely involved in the dubbing of local and foreign films in the Azerbaijani language. He played episodic roles in films shot at the film studio at various times.

Dadash Kazimov died in 1992.
