Javanshir Maharramov was born in Baku.

He has been performing in drama clubs since the age of 11. Since 2002, he has been attending the Lutfi Mammadbeyov People's Theater, where his teacher was Rafig Huseynov.

He worked at the Baku Children's Theater (2005-2019).

He is currently engaged in acting and clowning.
