Jahangir Zeynalli (Jahangir Hasanagha / Jahangir Zeynalov) was born in Baku.
He studied at the Directing Faculty of the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (1970-1975).
Since 1975, he has worked at the “Azerbaijanfilm” film studio.
He taught at the Faculty of Art and Theater Studies of Adana University in Turkey.
He is an Honored Artist (2000).
Director Jahangir Zeynalli is the wife of composer Firangiz Alizadeh.
