Amina Naghiyeva (Amina Sultanova) was born in Baku.

She studied at the Azerbaijan State Theater School (1936–1939).

Since 1934, she performed in the drama club of the Ali Bayramov Women's Club. In 1938, she was accepted into the acting troupe of the National Drama Theater. She created various characters at the Tbilisi Theater (1940-1950).

Honored Artist (1943) Amina Naghiyeva died in 1977.

Actress Amina Naghiyeva was the wife of actor Ajdar Sultanov.
