Amil Ali (Amil Isgandarov / Amil Alioglu) was born in the village of Shahdag, Gadabay district.

He studied at Baku Vocational Lyceum No. 1 (2004-2005). He is currently continuing his studies at the Film Directing Faculty of the North Caucasus State University of Arts (since 2022).

He worked as a cultural organizer at the Gadabay District Cultural Center (2005-2010).

In 2018, he founded the “Alioglu Media Group” and in 2022, the “Azerbaijan Art Center”. He has been awarded several National Awards.
