Alakbar Aliyev was born in Baku. Since 1994, he has been a member of many teams of the “Cheerful and Resourceful Club” (KVN). He is the 1998 Azerbaijani champion in KVN. In the same year, he was invited to the “Parni iz Baku” KVN team. In 2000, he won the “10 Strongest KVN Teams of the 20th Century” tournament as part of the “Parni iz Baku” KVN team. Since 2000, he has been one of the founders of the “Ogni Baku” KVN team as an actor and screenwriter. He is a finalist of the First League of KVN (2000) and a semi-finalist of the Ukrainian League (2001). He holds the record for the number of championships as an actor and screenwriter. He has also worked on various projects of Azerbaijani and Russian television channels. He worked as an actor and director of public scenes in the film "Yasmin" (2013, directors Ksenia Zarutskaya, Vyacheslav Kaminsky) by Russian film producers, as an actor in the film "Eighties-4" (2014, director Yulia Levkina), as an actor in the film "Eighties-5" (2015, director Philipp Korshunov), and as a second director in the film "Kilimanjara" (2018, director Yekaterina Telegina). Since 2007, he has been a scriptwriter and actor of the "Planet Parni iz Baku" KVN theater. He is the scriptwriter of the traditional April concerts of the "Parni iz Baku" KVN team. Since 2016, he has also been an actor of the Baku Municipal Theater.
