Afag Abdugizi

Afag Abdulgizi (Afaq Gambarova) was born in Baku. She studied at the Department of History and Oriental Studies of the Faculty of History of Baku State University (1995).
She worked at the Department of Medieval History of the Institute of History of ANAS. Her scientific articles on the Safavid period have been published in the national press and foreign journals. She has given lectures at international conferences. In addition, she has appeared in periodicals with articles, stories and fiction. She has collaborated with various television stations for many years. She worked as an editor, author and presenter on Lider TV.
Since 2014, she has been working as a Public Relations and Media Coordinator at Khazar University WORLD School.
