Abdulla Amiraslanov was born in Ganja. He studied at the Baku State Art School named after Azim Azimzade (1971) and the Tbilisi State Art Academy (1981). Since 1971 he has participated in international and local exhibitions. In 1993, a personal exhibition of his work was opened in Baku.
