The All-Union Television Film Festival is a television film competition held in the USSR since 1966. The festival is also abbreviated as the All-Union Telefestival.
I All-Union Television Film Festival (1966, Kiev)
The festival was held in Kiev from November 28 to December 10.
87 films - 29 feature films and 58 documentary television films - were presented at the festival.
The festival was dedicated to the 50th anniversary of October and was held under the motto "For the sake of art that confirms the ideas of communism".
The chairman of the jury was N. Kartsov, head of the Main Editorial Office of Literary and Dramatic Programs of the USSR Central Television, and the chairman of the organizing committee of the festival was G. Ivanov, deputy chairman of the Committee for Radio Broadcasting and Television under the USSR Council of Ministers.
II All-Union Television Film Festival (1967, Moscow)
The festival was held in Moscow from December 9 to 16.
62 televisions and 9 film studios participated in the competition, and 62 films were presented.
III All-Union Television Film Festival (1969, Leningrad)
The festival was held in Leningrad from April 10 to 18.
39 televisions and 7 film studios participated in the competition.
IV All-Union Television Film Festival (1971, Minsk)
The festival was held in Minsk in October 1971.
94 television films, including 23 feature films, were presented at the festival.
For the first time, the entire competition program of the festival was broadcast on television.

The festival was dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution.
