The Azerbaijan Composers' Union is an independent public creative organization of professional composers and musicologists. The Azerbaijan Composers' Union was established on June 30, 1934. The Supreme Governing Body of the Azerbaijan Composers' Union is the Congress, which is convened once every 5 years.
