Ulker Majidzadeh was born in Baku.
She studied at the Republican Art Gymnasium (1997-2009) and the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, where she received a bachelor's degree in Theater Studies (2010-2014), and a master's degree in Literary Studies (2017-2019).
In 2015, she worked as an assistant editor and title operator for a short time in the program "Neighbor to Neighbor", a product of "Endemol Production", and in 2019 as a screenwriter at "Oscar Film" Production.
