Rza Khudiyev

Rza Khudiyev was born in the Julfa district of Nakhchivan.

He studied at the Drama and Film Acting Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1983-1987).

During his high school years, he showed interest in the drama club. In 1987, he was assigned to the Nakhchivan State Musical Drama Theater. Since 2014, he has been the director of the Nakhchivan State Musical Drama Theater.

He is an Honored Artist of Nakhchivan (2000), People's Artist of Azerbaijan (2008), and a laureate of the Golden Dervish Award (2007).
