Rashad Safarov was born in Baku.

He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (1995-1999).

He worked at the Azerbaijan State Yerevan Drama Theater (2001-2004), the Shusha Musical Drama Theater (2005), and the Azerbaijan State Youth Theater (2006-2009). Since 2009, he has been an actor at the Azerbaijan State Theater for Young Spectators.

He has starred in films, TV series, and music videos.

In 2014, he was appointed director of the Khojahasan House of Culture in Binagadi district.
