Rahim Sadigbeyli

Rahim Sadigbeyli (Rahim Sadiqov) was born in Lankaran.

He studied at the Drama and Film Acting Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1982), and at the Higher Directing and Scriptwriting Courses in Moscow (1989-1991).

He worked as an assistant director and second director at the “Azerbaijanfilm” film studio (1988-1993), director at AzTV (1993-1998), producer and broadcast director at ANS (1998-1999), producer at Internews (1999-2000), editor at AzSTV (2000-2001), and vice president for creative work at ATV (2001-2003).

He has been living in Sweden since 2005. In 2010, he worked as a web TV producer in the municipality of Linköping, Sweden, and as a subject producer at the public television channel UR since 2011. He is a producer and consultant in the department of programs addressed to foreigners. He is the founder and director of the Stockholm Azerbaijani Cultural Center.
