Pantural (Tural Safarov) was born in Baku.
He studied law at the Azerbaijani branch of the Western Russian Humanitarian University.
He is the founder of "Pantural Production". In 2011, he worked as the director of FANTASY PICTURES LLC, a part of Gilan Holding.
Although he has worked as an artist, director, and actor, he mainly works as a VFX Supervisor.
