Mariam Kitia (Maria Kitia / Mari Kitia) was born in Tbilisi.

She studied at the Tbilisi Choreographic School (2003) and the Acting Department of the Georgian State University of Theatre and Cinema (2007).

Since 2008 she has been working at the Tbilisi Russian Drama Theatre.
