Izzat Baghirov was born in Baku.
He studied at the Tar class of Music School No. 4, at the Bulbul secondary specialized school, and at the Musical Comedy faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art.
He participated in the "7-17" State competition and won.
He has become even more popular since 1995.
