Fuad Osmanov was born in Baku.
He studied at the Baku Choreography School (1983) and the Drama and Film Actor Department of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1990).
Since 1990, he has been an actor of the Azerbaijan State Russian Drama Theater.
He starred in the Russian-made series “Russian Translation” (2006, directed by Alexander Chernyayev) as Mansur, in the series “Brothers” (2007, directed by Alexey Lebedev), in the series “A Matter of Honor” (2007, directed by Andrey Chornykh), and in the film “Heat” (2019, directed by Dunya Lisova) as Teymur.
Honored Artist (2008), People's Artist (2021).
