Elnur Abbasguliyev was born in Baku.
He studied at the Faculty of Drama and Film Actor of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (1996-2000).
He worked at the "Crazy Gathering" Pantomime Theater-studio (1996-2000), the State Pantomime Theater (2000-2009), the Azerbaijan State Puppet Theater (2009-2021).
He is the deputy director of the Azerbaijan State Pantomime Theater.
