Ayaz Mirzayev (Ayaz Nizamioghlu) was born in Baku.
He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (1999-2003, 2003-2005).
He worked as an editor, commentator, presenter at ANS television, commentator, presenter at Space television (2013-2016), deputy director of the International Eurasian Press Fund (2016-2018), head of the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan (2019), media expert at the Baku Media Center (2019-2021).
He is the chairman of the Azerbaijan Journalists Network Public Union.
