Asif Gahramanov was born in Baku.
He studied at the Baku State Social and Economic College in Financial Accounting, Analysis and Audit (2007), the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts in the specialty of Cameramanship (2013), and the All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography in the course of Cinematography (2015-2016).
He worked as a sports photographer at the “Sarhadchi Sports Olympic Center” (2008-2013), a producer at the “Bakufilm” studio (2008-2010), and a cameraman at the “Salnamefilm” studio (2013-2018).
